These terms apply to this website and to our WhatsApp service. The management of a specific property is governed by the written agreement between Serenity Property Management and its owner; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

Our WhatsApp service

Homeowners and our staff can use our WhatsApp number to ask about their properties and tasks. Information is provided for convenience and reflects our records at the time. Requests that change bookings or calendars take effect only once you confirm them and we accept them. Some replies are prepared by an automated assistant, as described in our privacy policy. If something looks wrong, please contact our team.

Acceptable use

Please do not use our website or WhatsApp service to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or try to access information about properties or people that do not concern you.

Team system

The login area of this website is for authorised Serenity Property Management staff only.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website.
